Fayez Jangda

Fayez has over 22 years of experience working in real estate in over 20 countries. He started his first tech company at the young age of 15 and got involved in real estate at the age of 18 managing multi-family complexes up to 1,500 units. He has since led the acquisition and development of office space, hotels and multi-family projects in Silicon Valley and Poland, as well as office projects in over 10 countries around the world, exposing him to a diversity of working cultures and giving him the ability to connect with just about anyone from any walk of life. In 2021, he brought his commercial and entrepreneurship background to the residential sector in Seattle and joined forces with Alex to co-found Win Win Homes. Fayez’s superpower is coming up with the most creative solutions using outside-the-box thinking to always reach a win-win solution (hence the name of the company!) His passion is helping develop people to reach their full potential, both in their careers and in their personal lives, often introducing inspirational vision boards to the team to help them dig into what really fulfills them and brings them joy. Fayez has a tremendous work ethic, often working 7 days a week and 20-hour days sacrificing sleep to help a seller in a tough situation to reach a great solution.
